Terms of Use

Spentify is operated by App Peppers (Rothana Choun) ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you access or use the Spentify mobile application and related services.

By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using Spentify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of Spentify

Spentify is a personal finance and expense tracking tool. You are responsible for the information you enter into the app and for how you use reports, budgets, summaries, and other features.

Spentify does not provide financial, tax, legal, investment, or accounting advice. Any insights or calculations in the app are for informational purposes only.

2. Accounts and Security

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Spentify may offer paid features through in-app purchases, including monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and a lifetime purchase. Available plans, prices, features, and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase.

Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged through the app store account used to make the purchase.
• For Apple subscriptions, your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• If you cancel, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the current paid billing period.

Lifetime Purchase

A lifetime purchase gives you access to the paid Spentify features included in that purchase for as long as those features are supported in Spentify. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the app or service, not the lifetime of an individual user.

A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. It may not include separate products, future services, third-party services, or features that are clearly sold as a separate purchase.

4. Free Trials, Promotions, and Price Changes

We may offer free trials, discounts, or promotional pricing from time to time. Trial and promotional terms may vary and will be shown before purchase when available.

We may change prices or plan features in the future. Price changes for existing subscriptions will be handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their rules and notification processes.

5. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by us. Refund requests for in-app purchases and subscriptions are generally handled by the app store where the purchase was made and are subject to that store's refund policies.

We may help investigate purchase or access issues, but we cannot guarantee that Apple or Google will approve a refund request.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Spentify for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app.
• Do not access another user's account or data without permission.
• Do not use Spentify in a way that damages the service or other users.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep Spentify reliable, but the app or some features may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events outside our control.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where needed. If a change materially affects paid access, we will try to provide reasonable notice when practical.

9. Intellectual Property

Spentify, including its design, software, logos, names, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Spentify unless we give written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Spentify if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, or if we are required to do so by law.

11. Disclaimers

Spentify is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of Spentify.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated within the app, on our website, or by email when appropriate. Continued use of Spentify after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
